מה זה "זמן אמת", והאם הוא מדויק?
כשרכבת בדרך, הספירה לאחור שלה צבועה בירוק עם סימן זמן אמת, והזמן מחושב לפי מיקום הרכבת. זו הערכה, ועשויה לסטות בדקה או יותר. כשאין נתוני זמן אמת מוצג לוח הזמנים המתוכנן, ללא סימן.
למה אין זמן אמת עכשיו?
הרכבת אינה פועלת בשבת, בחגים ובלילה, ולפעמים המידע אינו זמין זמנית. האפליקציה תציג אז את לוח הזמנים.
איך מתעדכן לוח הזמנים?
האפליקציה בודקת עדכון פעם ביום. אפשר לבדוק ידנית בהגדרות.
מאיפה הנתונים?
לוחות הזמנים הם נתוני משרד התחבורה הפתוחים. נתוני זמן האמת מבוססים על נתוני משרד התחבורה כפי שמפרסם פרויקט Open Bus של הסדנא לידע ציבורי.

What is "live", and is it accurate?
When a train is running, its countdown turns green with a live icon, and the time is worked out from the train's position. It is an estimate and can be off by a minute or more. With no live data, the planned timetable is shown, without the mark.
Why is there no live data right now?
The Red Line does not run on Shabbat, on holidays or at night, and the data is sometimes briefly unavailable. The app then shows the timetable.
How is the timetable updated?
The app checks for a new timetable once a day. You can also check manually in Settings.
Where does the data come from?
Timetables are Israel Ministry of Transport open data. Live positions are Ministry of Transport data as published by the Open Bus project of the Public Knowledge Workshop.
